You could probably write entire books around this show and its fandom, and I think the story is a bit different for every single fan of the show. As for myself, the short version is that it's a great show on its own merits with a huge community behind it that keeps it from getting boring. All the stuff you see on this here dA page are my attempts to add to this community, essentially.
